DescriptionOn her short, wide, sampler enclosed within a rectangle, twelve year old Catharine Fetzberger has cross stitched, an alphabet, a number sequences one to six, a dividing line, her name, birthdate, the names of her parents, the name of her school, and the date, followed by a religious invocation and a depiction of a red and white house or school flanked by evergreen trees. A strawberry border surrounds the composition. Thread colors are green, blue, red, and black.
