DescriptionHandprints on the reverse attest to consecration by a high-ranking individual; Guru Yoga is a type of meditation practice for Buddhist initiates in which the adherent envisions and contemplates her/his human master as a fully enlightened being. Also distinctive is the deity at bottom center on the horse; this is one of a few deities in union where the female is in the primary position and the male secondary.
