DescriptionA full length portrait of an older man, Polichinelle, wearing particolored clothes with hump on his back and on his chest. He wears a large cocked hat and carries a wooden stick behind his back. He is a character inspired by the Commedia dell’arte character Pulcinella and the text below the image is by the French poet Théodore de Banville.
