Exhibition HistoryOn the Grid: Ways of Seeing in Print, Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center, Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, NY, August 20 - December 22, 2022DescriptionTwo fragments of creased, torn, and weathered pages with various lines of typewritten text overtop one another with tape in places around the perimeter of each page, encased side-by-side in a shadowbox frame. The right page was previously taped atop the left page, with the left page acting as a support, and fed through the typewriter as many times as was needed to retype Mary McCarthy's book, "The Group," typed by Youd from April to May 2018 on Vassar's campus.
