DescriptionIn the upper half of the sampler, three alphabets are divided by 3 dividing bands above an arcaded floral band. Below this band is the inscription followed by a number sequence. A second geometric floral band, a truncated mound, and lawn displays flowering shrubs at either end. An alternating green and white sawtooth border finishes the composition. Thread colors are green, blue, pink, violet, red, white, tan, and black.
