DescriptionIn colors that are now gold and blue, a woman within an interior looks down and to the side as she holds a letter with a miniature oval portrait at her side in her left hand and her right hand extends away to touch a globe sitting on a table beside her. She has ribbons in her hair, wears pearl jewelry, and stands on a patterned carpet. The table has intricate patterning and atop the table also sits a cup with a face which holds a feather quill.Terms
