A Living Legacy: Gifts from Lynn Gross Straus

Label TextTerry Winters has engaged poetry, botanical imagery, mathematical diagrams, musical notation, and architectural blueprints in his art. He explores how “abstract processes,” in his words, “can be used to build real-world images.” After first collaborating with Universal Limited Art Editions—a premier printmaking workshop based on Long Island—in 1982, Winters has worked with master printers on hundreds of editions in the decades since.
