Reverse Description
A border of dots surrounds Sulla, seated left, and on his left, is a kneeling Bocchus, holding an olive branch in his right hand, and on Sulla's right, is Jugurtha, kneeling with his hands tied behind his back.  FELIX is written downwards on the right.
