A border of dots surrounds the laureate, janiform head of the dioscuri.
Reverse Description
There is a line border around Jupiter, facing right in a quadriga, with a sceptre in his left hand and a thunderbolt in his right.  The quadriga is being driven by Victory.  ROMA is inscribed in a linear frame below.
