DescriptionSeveral types of warriors; (a) 2 on horseback flanking 2 behind sheild. Man holding sheild (hoplite armor) also holds spear. Man behind sheild holds bow (wears pointed Phrygian cap, signaling he is not of Greek origin). Horses signal status in anceint Greece.

Card: "Palmette chain on neck, lotus and rays at base. Added red and incision used. Restored from fragments. Macurdy Collection."
